At dharmikaay.com, we take great care in delivering quality products to our customers. Returns are accepted only under the conditions mentioned below.
Eligible Conditions for Return
We accept return requests only if:

You have received a wrong color

You have received a damaged or defective product
⏰ Return requests must be raised within 3 days of the parcel delivery date.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will NOT be accepted for the following reasons:

If you do not like the product

If you feel the fabric quality is cheap

If the product does not meet personal expectations

Any reason based on personal preference or opinion
Mandatory Unboxing Video
📹 An unboxing video is compulsory for all return requests.

The video must be clear and continuous (no cuts or edits)

The video must show the package opening from start to end

The unboxing video must be shared via Email or WhatsApp
⚠️ Return requests without an unboxing video will be strictly rejected.
Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and verified by our team

For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide a valid UPI ID for refund processing
⏳ Refunds are generally processed within a few working days after successful return verification.
